For over 30 years, Armendariz Design Group has specialized in quality new homes, major residential remodels, additions and landscape planning on a variety of sites, including steep hillsides and tight city lots. Our designs incorporate a variety of influences ranging from traditional to modern with an emphasis on creativity, problem-solving, quality of light and orientation to views.

Our services do not end with design. Our extensive experience has resulted in a proven record of getting permits approved by planning and building departments. Our thorough project documentation and close work with a network of trusted contractors, engineers and cost estimators allow us to avoid costly construction problems for our clients.
